怎样克服惰性?
1.承认辛苦的代价，看重愉快的结果
大多数人产生惰性延误工作的主要原因是因为要付出代价，让我们多少感觉有些辛苦，哪怕只有一点。就象我们都喜欢干净的厨房，但洗碗又是一件讨厌的活。渴望成果却不愿意忍受痛苦的过程。一个好的开端是承认需要付出的代价，但强调工作完成后的结果，肯定这个结果值得付出的代价。比起最终的成就感，这点痛算什么？
2.提高对辛苦的承受能力
每个人对辛苦都有一定的承受能力，并且都可以一点一点的将其提高。一个好办法就是从小事和相对简单的事情做起，循序渐进，慢慢提高对“辛苦”的接受程度。
3.从小事做起
勿以善小而不为。当你知道有什么小事需要你马上去做时，立刻就去做，一分钟也不要耽误。如果你心里有什么声音告诉你一堆理由妨碍你去完成这件事，不要理它们，立刻去做。不要犯嘀咕，做完就完了，只是件小事，不值得你左思右想。

Leopard The First Time
北京时间10月27日，据国外媒体的最新报道，苹果公司推迟更新的Mac OS X操作系统将于今天正式开始销售，同时消费者们也更多地购买苹果Mac电脑来补充他辅助他们的iPod播放器和iPhone手机。苹果最新Mac OS X操作系统名为Leopard（美洲虎），新操作系统的更新将于当地时间星期五下午6时开始全球发售。苹果的操作系统以操作简单和界面华丽而受到广泛称赞，这次更新将对苹果操作系统进行改善。
Leopard操作系统将会提供300多项新功能，其中包括一项名为“Boot Camp”的功能，这项功能将允许用户在苹果Mac电脑上安装微软Windows操作系统，尽管两种操作系统不能同时运行。名为“Time Machine（时间机器）”的新功能是一种自动备份系统，还有一项名为“Spaces（空间）”的新功能，这种新功能将会同时查看开启的应用程序，这些新功能在此次更新中显得特别突出。
